After comparing the quality of the scent against Yankee Candle, I must admit that your scents are far better. The one I would like to focus on is your Balsam Fir and Mulled Cider scents. The scent is just amazing for these 2! Yankee Candle just does not stand up to yours. Whatever is you're doing, please keep doing it! P.S. My wife loves scented candles. There’s one lit in our kitchen every day. She enjoys playing a guessing game with me every time a new one is bought. I confess to not being very good at aroma identification. When lit the candles all have some aroma…but most seem to have little or no scent after a few days. As my wife began her holiday decorating, a new candle appeared in our kitchen…a Village Candle with a scent called Christmas Tree. This candle has been burning off and on for two weeks and the scent of a fresh cut Christmas tree nearly fills our home when it’s lit. The fragrance is unbelievable. Last week I ordered 5 Village Candles from Kittery Trading Post as a Christmas present for my wife. Thank you for making a great product and helping this grandpa remember our great family tradition of a hay right, hot chocolate, and traipsing through the forest so that our kids could find the perfect “real” Christmas tree. These candles are way better than Yankee! I no longer have to buy one of the candle toppers to enjoy my entire candle down to the last part of the wick. The scent is pure down to the bottom and it burns clean straight down the sides. The price is way better, too. M. Burris Friendsville, Md.
